You will need a blender for this recipe, but you can use a high powered hand milk frother like this one if you have one. If you do, you’ll have to let the peanut butter melt thoroughly in the coffee first.
You could microwave it first for a few seconds to soften it before mixing. It’s much easier if you have a blender.
Ingredients
- Hot black coffee (a mug worth-to taste)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (can swap in almond butter or PB2 if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp half and half cream
- A splash of vanilla extract to taste (or use instead of vanilla and Swerve)
- ½ tsp Swerve
Instructions
- Put everything but vanilla extract and sweetener (or ) into a blender and mix thoroughly and frothy.
