Can I Drink Iced Coffee on Keto?
Absolutely. As long as you stay within your Keto guidelines, you are fine. Don’t add any sugar and if you are sweetening, always make sure you use stevia or erythritol based sweetener.

Does Iced Coffee Have Carbs?
Iced coffee can have carbs depending on the way you make it. If there is sugar or syrup added that is made with regular sugar, that’s carbs. Just make sure you have your basics like coffee, cream, ice, and anything else that is added should be sugar-free.
