Don’t you love love love coffee any time of year?  In the heat of the summer, it’s so refreshing to have a delicious iced coffee in hand.  I crave a mocha coconut iced coffee as soon as the summer heat hits.  
 
It’s so much fun trying out new recipes and testing them out on friends and family.  I tried this one out this weekend and it was a total hit. Everyone was asking me for this coconut milk coffee recipe and couldn’t believe it was homemade. 
 
The cold liquid going down on a scorching summer day just makes summer so much better.

What You Need To Make This Mocha Coconut Milk Iced Coffee Recipe

½ cup of coconut milk
1 cup cold brew coffee 
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 can of cold full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons of toasted coconut
2 tablespoons of sugar
Whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Putting Together Your Coconut Iced Coffee Recipe

  1. Pour the sugar and cold coconut milk into a bowl.
  2. Beat the ingredients well with an electric hand mixer until the mixture forms peaks.
  3. Add the first 2 tablespoons of the yummy chocolate syrup to the bottom of a glass.
  4. Place some ice cubes in the glass, pour your cold brew coffee over the ice cubes.
  5. Next, scoop your coconut milk into the cup.
  6. Spoon in the full two tablespoons of sugar and stir really well.
  7. Top your delicious beverage with whipped cream and (Optional) sprinkles bits of the toasted coconut if desired.
